Kim is a senior technical recruiter with more than 25 years of experience recruiting in the IT professional service industry. She focuses on end-to-end lifecycle recruiting, starting with identifying and understanding open requirements, sourcing qualified candidates, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, eliciting and providing feedback, extending offers/negotiating, and on-boarding.

Kim takes pride in building strong relationships with candidates and has recruited across a broad range of technologies, with extensive experience recruiting ERP professionals. She has a Bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech and is a passionate Hokie fan.
