Setting the scene
The client designed an HR program meant as a “return ticket” to the world of employment for talented managers who had previously stepped aside for a variety of reasons (raise a family, continuing education, care for an elderly family member, or respite from career overdrive).
The client’s objective was to build a database of 1,000 ReConnect recruits globally within a 3-year time span.
ProTask was selected to support the initiative as the talent acquisition partner for the North American market.
Solution
ProTask acted as the North America “partner” by building a database of qualified recruits to support the initiative across sales, sales support, sales management, commercial management and sales engineering.
We developed a targeted search by utilizing our existing database of top performers and by leveraging our industry related memberships in organizations such as Women in Technology, NBMBAA, & WBENC. In addition, we used our AI and web scraping tools to facilitate the search.
Challenges
Ensuring our client was embedding Diversity & Inclusion values throughout the employee experience, such as offering internal gigs and flexible work arrangements. Luckily, our client is at the forefront of tackling these challenges by offering flexible work arrangements to improve inclusion, growth, and trust.
Working across time zones, and cultural differences always poses daily challenges in execution. ProTask demonstrated flexibility, and cultural sensitivity on the client side, while communicating effectively with the candidate pool to keep all parties abreast of interviews, scheduling, and offer management.
Result
We enabled our client’s success with their global ReConnect initiative by filling 12+ positions, and by establishing a larger pool of candidates for future consideration.
ProTask is fully committed to assisting women meet their career objectives across our entire client base. This is key in our ProPeople strategy moving forward.
